I wish to become a Full Member of UAI. Full Members have read The Urantia Book in its entirety. Full Members may participate in all UAI activities including holding office and voting in local association membership activities.
I wish to become an Associate Member of UAI. Associate Members are readers of The Urantia Book who have not yet completed reading the book in its entirety. Associate Members may participate in all UAI activities except holding office and voting in local association membership activities. Associate Members may become a full member upon completion of reading the entire Urantia Book.
PLEASE NOTE: If there is no local UAI Association in your area, your membership will be the same as the above conditions being an Associate Member At-Large or Member At-large attached to the UAI Central Office until a Local Association is formed in your country.

I have read the Charter and the Bylaws of Urantia Association International, and the Declaration of Trust creating the URANTIA Foundation. I understand and support the principles upon which UAI is founded. I pledge to support the policies and programs of both the URANTIA Association International and URANTIA Foundation.
